RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER FOR EITHER AN EXCHANGE OR A STORE CREDIT ONLY.

 

CONDITION OF RETURN: 

-  Must be in original condition with original tags and hygiene sticker attached

-  Unworn, unwashed or altered in any way

 

EXCHANGES:

-  Items that are the same value of your original purchase if stock is available (minus original shipping charges)

-  Alternatively, you can get a store credit where you can use to repurchase the correct size or style

 

REFUNDS:

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

-  Please note that we don’t offer any refunds for selecting an incorrect size or change of mind

-  If it’s a manufacture fault, we will assess the item when it’s returned to us

-  Received the incorrect item

 

HOW TO ORGANISE A RETURN:

-  Please email hello@blitheswim.com with your name, order number and reason for return

-  Return costs must be covered by the customer (unless for faulty items)

-  Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a store credit via email with the details.

-  Blithe cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping the tracking details.
